General Purpose of Job This position is responsible for the enforcement of foreign attachment agreements, joint use billing and communication with each vendor to ensure permit and removal requests are processed properly to maintain correct attachment counts. Primary responsibilities also include processing all recorded easements, so they are properly represented in GIS, maintaining all approved municipal annexations so that member tax codes are properly maintained in GIS and the maintenance of feeder maps and circuit modeling exports.
