Responsibilities:
As a GIS Project Manager, your work will support both strategic project delivery and the development of scalable GIS solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading GIS and Digital Twin projects from scoping through execution, with a focus on ArcGIS Indoors and vertical asset implementations Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes Collaborating with GIS specialists and technical teams on both vertical and horizontal GIS initiatives Overseeing GIS data integration, including asset, utility, and infrastructure datasets Supporting the development and implementation of enterprise GIS systems and web-based mapping solutions Driving GIS automation efforts using FME and ESRI platforms Supporting business development efforts, including proposal development and client engagement Presenting project updates and participating in industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
We are seeking a motivated professional with strong leadership and technical GIS expertise.
Ideal candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related discipline 7+ years of GIS experience, including project management responsibilities Experience with ArcGIS Indoors, including scoping, development, and implementation Strong background working with utility, infrastructure, or asset-based data models Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and web-based GIS applications Familiarity with Digital Twin technologies and workflows Experience with FME and/or Python scripting for GIS automation Understanding of Reality Capture, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), and BIM/CAD environments ArcGIS Pro Professional or Enterprise Administration certification Ability to lead presentations and contribute to business development efforts
Pay Range:
$100,000 - $140,000 annually (depending on experience) •Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
