Job Overview We are seeking a full-time dynamic and detail-oriented Global Census Archive (GCA) Geographic Information System (GIS) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will harness your expertise in GIS, data analysis, and mapping technologies to support critical projects. Your innovative approach to data visualization, land surveying, and spatial analysis will drive impactful insights and solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about global census spatial data management and eager to assist in projects that shape censuses. Duties Receives, analyzes, converts and stores raw census data in various forms Performs full Quality Control (QC) of all input data Normalizes raw data according to internal GIS data specifications Creates detailed product documentation and metadata records Qualifications Education
  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or equivalent, is a must. Experience and/or Training
  • Must have fundamental knowledge and skills in Geography, GIS, and census data Technology
