  • Trinnex, a leader in digital solutions and innovation, is seeking a results-driven Digital & GIS Solutions Consultant to support digital transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
This role combines advanced consulting, digital strategy, and deep GIS expertise to deliver data-driven insights, optimize asset management programs, and drive operational improvements. The successful candidate will work across client organizations to integrate digital and geospatial solutions, lead complex analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations aligned to business and infrastructure goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Consulting & Analysis (GIS + Digital)
  • Perform moderate to highly complex consulting analyses across operational improvement, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze utility asset management programs to enhance performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead digital transformation engagements to modernize business processes, governance models, and operating structures.
  • Prepare consulting reports and present data-driven, actionable recommendations for program and operational improvements. GIS Expertise in Asset Management
  • Apply GIS methodologies to support utility asset inventory, spatial analysis, and lifecycle forecasting.
  • Integrate geospatial data with asset management and enterprise systems to improve decision-making.
  • Provide advanced spatial modeling and analytics for Infrastructure risk assessment, capital planning and field operations optimization Digital Strategy & Data Analytics
  • Guide clients through digital transformation journeys by gathering user needs and business requirements.
  • Analyze digital performance and operational data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Assess infrastructure and technical environments to improve service delivery and system performance.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable digital and geospatial solutions. Project Execution & Client Engagement
  • Lead project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and high quality.
  • Develop project work plans, facilitate meetings, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Engage clients to collect and validate data, align on project direction and identify current and future organizational and technology needs.
  • Deliver presentations, project updates, and final deliverables aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support proposal development, Statements of Work (SOWs), and RFP responses. Leadership, Mentorship & Team Development
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff across consulting and GIS disciplines.
  • Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Lead and influence teams, even without direct authority, to deliver high-quality outcomes. Compliance, Quality Assurance & Thought Leadership
  • Ensure proposals and deliverables comply with industry best practices and quality standards.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Participate in Communities of Practice (CoPs), industry conferences, and professional organizations.
  • Promote ethical, transparent, and responsible digital transformation practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project, team, and organizational success.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8 years of relevant experience. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in digital consulting, GIS, asset management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering client-facing consulting engagements and complex analyses.
  • Experience working with water utilities or infrastructure asset management programs.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance practices, organizational design principles, finance, accounting, and supply chain fundamentals and organizational and operational management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical topics.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply complex technical, business, and professional materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into integrated digital and GIS solutions.
