Months Job Description Summary:

This role promotes GIS accuracy and consistency as it relates to enterprise policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Reference and gain an understanding of department GIS Digitizing Standards. Perform the workflow of retrieving relevant facility documentation and reviewing GIS digitizing for accuracy. Utilize GIS digitizing standards, facility documentation, and the GIS environment to evaluate database accuracy and health. Transpose complex data from records maps, CAD drawings, land base maps, demographic models and economic resources and other source documents into GIS related database Assist and collaborate with team members to communicate issues or necessary feedback relevant to improving accuracy and problem identification. Skills No. of years of experience Detailed Experience Total No. of years of Experience Minimum 0-2 years of Experience Experience with GIS software such as ESRI, AutoDesk, Bentley, Integraph, etc. Strong understanding of geographic concepts. Experience with Microsoft Office. Proficiency in computer systems, applications, and database software.
