Key Job Elements Manage Commercial/ART implementation projects and initiatives; Coordinate and complete projects timely and within budget; Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project; Collaborate with team to formulate decision and develop the output for job/project; Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals; Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, staff members, and senior management; Plan and manage the job/project, manage the business/financial aspects of the job/project, provide a supportive work environment for the team, mentor, coach and develop others, and manage one's own development; Perform risk management to minimize project risks; Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendors; Own/Support all project assigned; Travel required (estimated 25%).Education / Training
Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience required; 10+ years of demonstrated success as Technology Manager. Qualifications and Experience Direct experience with Application Development as applied to a worldwide company; Advanced time management and analytical skills; Strong technical aptitude and experience working with enterprise software solutions; Excellent communication, consulting and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of an organization; Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office.
