In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to IT and cross-functional stakeholders, driving sourcing initiatives that support operational scale and long-term business growth. You'll play a key role in shaping procurement strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and enabling efficient, cost-effective technology investments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who enjoys owning initiatives end-to-end, diving into technical and business requirements, and partnering closely with stakeholders to solve complex sourcing challenges. As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you'll: Lead sourcing initiatives across IT software, services, and related technology categories, including CRM, ERP, and SaaS platforms. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that support operational scale and efficiency. Identify and evaluate suppliers, leveraging benchmarking, competitive bidding, and market analysis to drive value and innovation. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize total cost of ownership and mitigate risk. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives. Guide stakeholders on supplier selection, contract strategy, and category best practices. Ensure a seamless source-to-pay process by collaborating with finance and internal teams throughout the procurement lifecycle. Support process improvements and sourcing strategies that enable scalability and operational excellence. Requirements A bachelor's degree in a related field 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, indirect category management, or supply chain 4+ years of experience sourcing within technology categories (software, hardware, services, and related agreements) Strong experience with sourcing strategy, financial analysis, and business case development Proven contract negotiation experience, including reviewing redlines and resolving commercial and legal risks Strong understanding of technology sourcing, including SaaS, enterprise systems, and associated licensing models Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Qualifications:

Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering, computer science) Experience in autonomous vehicles, high-tech, or safety-critical environments Experience working in new product introduction (NPI) environments or alongside PMO/engineering teams
