Role SummaryThe IT Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. This role is critical in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, supporting operations in Chatsworth, California, and collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams to drive efficiency, security, and scalability across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of the organization's ERP platform to meet evolving business needsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and improve system utilizationOversee day-to-day IT operations, including network, server, and systems administrationDevelop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure security, reliability, and complianceManage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers to deliver cost-effective solutionsLead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvementDrive strategic IT planning initiatives aligned with organizational objectivesEvaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business performanceSupport cybersecurity initiatives, including network security tools, threat prevention, and secure remote access solutionsProvide technical guidance and support to ensure effective system performance and issue resolutionCompensation & Benefits$120,000-$140,000 plus discretionary bonusCompetitive benefits package, including health, retirement, and paid time offAdditional DetailsWork model: 100% on-siteFlexible working hours within a standard business scheduleOpportunity to lead IT operations within a stable and growth-oriented organizationHigh visibility role with cross-functional and leadership interaction
