JOB SUMMARY
The AVP, Enterprise Applications collaborates with stakeholders and their team to create technology roadmaps and solutions that support ACG's business opportunities. This role has direct oversight of the enterprise application suite, managing vendors, service providers, and budgets related to applications and enterprise systems. The AVP, Enterprise Applications ensures that application teams and processes comply with internal policies, including SOX requirements. When needed, this person coordinates with the development team to provide solutions outside the application suite. The position requires sound risk evaluation, quick and informed decision-making, and original thinking to deliver technical and business solutions for enterprise applications.
HIRING RANGE
$215,000 - $265,000 Bonus eligible position Individual pay may vary from the target hiring range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES OPERATIONS
: Build and agree on an overall plan for the enterprise application stack, and possess knowledge and skills to lead the company through the needed changes. Lead as an agent of change within ACG. Run multi-department projects with a standardized methodical approach, evaluate business process and manage the process of changing when necessary. Effectively manage IT services provided by the current IT service providers. Identify, recruit and hire new staff, effectively manage strategic partner relationships of IT services and contracts. Develop and manage all aspects of ACG's Application technology budget.
ADVOCATE
: Clearly articulate the strategic choices that need to be made and why. Then ensure these decisions are made with confidence, velocity, transparency, and buy-in. Identify key programs, projects, and a roadmap for Information Technology that fulfills the IT strategy and enables the business strategy.
INTERACTION
: Regularly interacts with executives, strategic partners, customers and service providers. Interactions frequently involve highly visible activities, negotiating with service providers, influencing affected parties and representing the company on all technology-related matters.
SUPERVISION
: Directs and controls the activities of the IT Applications Team / Function. Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing priorities, and approving changes to methods and practices. Manages an in-house team of subject matter experts who execute the technology strategy through a limited number of execution partners. Handles other projects/tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required 10 years of IT Business Process and Application leadership experience within organizations Proven examples at leading projects to change business key applications within an enterprise within a SOX or other regulated environment Analytical and communication skills to work with Accounting, Finance and Business department processes. Extensive familiarity and understanding of accounting knowledge (e.g., debits, credits, etc.) and accounting processes (e.g., GAAP), and demonstrated ability to manage ERP application issues, upgrades, and process/functionality improvements Prefer experience within an airline leasing business; other leasing industry experience will be considered Successful at building an application plan, and skills to execute changes Experience to effectively direct others in aspects of IT including Enterprise Applications, Compliance, and Application Development Skilled business analyst, capable of showing past examples of improving business processes Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, with the proven ability to sell vision up and down the organization Ability to think strategically about IT services for and in a dynamic, fast-paced, global operation Proven interpersonal and leadership skills to lead the implementation of groundbreaking technology strategy and to manage the growth and development of others on the team Ability to effectively manage 3rd party partners and service providers Hands-on jump in and help approach to problems Preferred qualifications: 5-10 years prior ERP applications experience Prior management (people and project) experience Extensive experience with Office, Excel and project mgmt. software
ENVIRONMENT
This role is an in-office position and requires regular on-site presence to support collaboration and business needs. Limited travel required on an as needed basis - less than 10%, works indoors 95-100%, 85-90% of day is spent sitting or standing at desk, 10-15% walking to other office areas.
