Job Type:
Contract Staff Tech is seeking an experienced Information Technology Infrastructure Analyst to support enterprise infrastructure operations in a multi-site environment. This role is responsible for Windows Server administration, Active Directory management, VMware administration, server hardware support, troubleshooting, systems maintenance, and infrastructure-related projects. The selected candidate will work closely with technical and non-technical staff to maintain reliable and secure IT services. This is an onsite position supporting multiple Sacramento-area facilities. Telework is not available. Required Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills, both remotely and onsite Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Experience supporting both technical and non-technical users Experience performing server hardware installations, rack and stack, cabling, and operating system installations Experience managing
HPE DL380/DL360
server hardware, firmware upgrades, and iLO administration Strong Windows Server administration experience including installation, management, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting Experience installing and maintaining UPS systems Experience supporting Windows operating systems within an Active Directory enterprise environment Active Directory administration including: User accounts Computer accounts Security groups Distribution lists Experience with Windows Server Print Services and File Share administration Experience with Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) Microsoft
SCCM/MECM
experience including package creation and reporting Networking troubleshooting and support experience PowerShell scripting and automation experience File backup and restore experience Basic experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Desired Qualifications RHEL 9 and RHEL 10 administration experience DNS administration experience Microsoft Azure / Entra ID administration experience Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence Asset management and inventory tracking experience Preferred Background Infrastructure administration and support Systems engineering or systems administration Enterprise server operations Datacenter support environments VMware virtual server administration Microsoft enterprise technologies
