Job Description

In Person Job About Us We are a growing, fast-paced organization committed to leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation. We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT operations and support our team. Job Summary The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring systems security, maintaining network performance, and supporting end users. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to lead IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT department and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems
  • Manager will report to the Chief Technology Officer on daily activities and projects
  • Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support to staff
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols
  • Ensure system uptime, performance, and regular maintenance
  • Manage hardware/software procurement and vendor relationships
  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT roles (system administration, network support, or related field)
  • Proven experience managing or leading IT functions or small teams
  • Strong knowledge of: o Windows/Mac OS environments o Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs) o Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar)
  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Preferred Qualifications
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with project management or IT service management tools
  • Familiarity with virtualization and backup/recovery solutions Benefits

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
