This role supports sales growth, dealer development, technical education, and market adoption of Steelwrist's SQ Fully Automatic Coupler Technology. The position works closely with sales teams, service partners, dealers, OEM partners, and end users to expand the market and ensure successful implementation of the SQ system throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Lead the North American strategy and market development for Steelwrist SQ automatic coupler systems. Become a product expert to support the sales team and dealer network with product knowledge, demonstrations, technical training, and basic support questions. Drive market adoption of fully automatic quick coupler technology within construction, demolition, and excavation sectors. Collaborate with OEM partners and equipment dealers to integrate and promote Steelwrist SQ solutions. Conduct customer visits, jobsite demonstrations, and training sessions to promote product capabilities and best practices. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and regional strategy. Coordinate with global product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment with regional needs. Represent Steelwrist at industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction equipment, attachments, or related heavy equipment industry. Strong understanding of excavator attachments, coupler systems, and hydraulic technology.. Proven ability to drive product adoption and market growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel 40% to 60% of the time within North America. Ability to read basic engineered drawings for attachment adaptor plates. Preference will be given to those who live in Oklahoma or a surrounding state. Preferred Skills Knowledge of automatic quick coupler technology and attachment interfaces. Experience in product management, technical sales, or application engineering. Strong problem-solving and customer engagement abilities. Ability to work in a cross-functional international environment.
