The Role We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to be the face of technical support for our Bristol campus. This is a highly mobile, "hands-on" role where you will manage everything from workstation aesthetics to vendor coordination. You'll spend your day moving between our local rooftops, ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities First-Line Technical Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for desktops, laptops, and tablets.Vendor Liaison & Facilitation:
Act as the internal lead for our RingCentral phone system and coordinate support with key vendors, including Dealerbuilt (Lightyear DMS), DealerFX, and ComplyAuto.Device & Inventory Management:
Utilize Microsoft Intune and TeamViewer to maintain hardware inventory and provide remote assistance.Workspace Optimization:
Perform workstation cabling cleanups and equipment refreshes to maintain a clean, high-functioning workspace.Strategic Assistance:
Collaborate directly with the IT Director on M365 tasks, legacy Active Directory maintenance, and special infrastructure projects. Requirements 1-3 years in IT support or helpdesk roles. Valid US Driver's License (Required for travel between local Bristol sites). Ability to work the mandatory Saturday shift. Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365. Experience with SQL is a significant plus. Strong communication skills to facilitate vendor support and end-user training.Benefits & Perks The Campus Perk:
