$120,000 - $145,000 Per Year Join Our Team as an Innovative IT Manager! Are you a passionate technology leader ready to drive impact in a dynamic start-up environment? We are seeking an accomplished hands-on, IT Manager to oversee and elevate our IT operations, infrastructure, and innovative tech solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll manage day-to-day systems, security practices, vendor relationships, and lead technology initiatives within our cutting-edge Innovation Center, supporting game development, live operations, and creative collaborations. Required Skills:
Extensive experience managing enterprise IT environments, including networks, servers, cloud services, and applications Strong background in cybersecurity, infrastructure support, and systems administration Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage vendor relationships with a focus on service quality and project delivery Expertise in supporting developer and product teams, with knowledge of backend languages (Node.js, Java, Python, C#, etc.) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Nice to
Have Skills:
Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Experience supporting innovation studios, R D centers, or labs Familiarity with telemetry tools, incident management, and monitoring dashboards Additional certifications like CompTIA Security+, CCNA, ITIL Foundations, or CISSP
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's preferred 5-7+ years managing IT operations within tech-driven or product-focused environments Hands-on experience with networking, security practices, and cloud technology support
Other Requirements:
