In this pivotal role, you will drive procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise will enable us to secure the best value from vendors, manage complex contracts, and maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our technological growth while fostering strong supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and related services. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, new vendors, and innovative solutions that enhance our IT capabilities. Manage end-to-end contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, compliance, and risk mitigation. Oversee vendor management activities, including evaluating supplier performance, maintaining strong relationships, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT sourcing needs and translate them into actionable procurement plans. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to streamline procurement processes, track purchase orders, and monitor budget adherence. Ensure procurement activities adhere to information security standards and organizational policies to safeguard company assets. Qualifications Proven experience in IT procurement or supply chain management within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for procurement and supply chain operations. Expertise in contract management, negotiation skills, and vendor relationship management. Familiarity with market research techniques to identify innovative solutions and assess supplier viability. Solid understanding of IT sourcing strategies, including hardware, software licensing, cloud services, and ERP systems. Experience managing budgets related to procurement activities with attention to cost control and value optimization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
