Job Description

Job Description The IT Service Manager will take the lead in improving how our IT services run by streamlining ITIL processes, keeping things running smoothly, and finding ways to make them better over time. This role will handle the setup, design, and ongoing updates of our IT Service Management tools and frameworks, mainly focusing on OpenText Service Management Automation X (SMAX) and Universal CMDB (UCMDB) to ensure strong configuration management and top-notch service. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements 10+ years in IT Service Management, ideally in healthcare. Proven ability to lead service delivery teams in complex environments. Track record of improving IT services and maturing ITIL processes. Hands-on experience with OpenText SMAX (admin, workflows, catalogs, automation, UX). Expertise in OpenText UCMDB (discovery, CI lifecycle, mapping, integrations). Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and ITSM frameworks. Experience integrating
SMAX/UCMDB
with enterprise systems.
SMAX/UCMDB
implementation experience preferred. Familiarity with healthcare IT and compliance environments. ITIL certification (Foundation or Intermediate).
SMAX/UCMDB
certifications. Experience with automation tools, scripting, or workflow engines. Knowledge of Azure and modern monitoring tools.
