Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Position requires PCI Security Standards Council, LLC Internal Security Assessor (ISA) certification. Presenting comprehensive analyses of cost savings achieved through system improvements, particularly in areas such as Point of Sale (POS) systems and service integrations. Review and approve system configurations, documentation, and releases prior to implementation. Plan, execute, and track IT projects from review through deployment. Lead daily IT operations by optimizing workflows, setting priorities, standards, and deadlines. Evaluate technology performance and recommend/implement hardware, software, and system upgrades. Prepare operational and project status reports; evaluate proposals for feasibility and resourcing. Manage enterprise systems security, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with internal and outsourced technical teams; oversee assigned tasks and manage escalations and emergencies. Implement and maintain Zonal POS, Meraki Cisco network security and guest Wi-Fi solutions with failover internet gateways, as well as site connectivity and telephony to support reliable operations. Manage telecommunications services enterprise-wide by overseeing internet and phone service provisioning, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to maintain uninterrupted communications. Coordinate with leadership, vendors, and technical partners to resolve issues and ensure service continuity. Manage IT budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts for technology, internet, and telecom services. Assess business needs and translate them into system requirements, policies, and procedures. Lead POS and service integrations (including online ordering/POS) and report cost savings from improvements. Provide and oversee end-user technical support and help desk functions. Oversee multi-site IT environments, supporting multiple locations. No travel or language fluency required.
