Orlando, FL / Zephyrhills, FL Overview We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of IT & Systems to lead technology across both a marine manufacturing operation (Century Boats) and a retail dealership (Nautical One Marine Center). This role is responsible for infrastructure, systems integration, cybersecurity, AI implementation, and overall technology strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership, with the ability to scale systems to support growth and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement scalable IT systems and architecture to support business growth Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and system integration Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage Infrastructure & Systems Management Manage all network infrastructure, servers, cloud environments, and end-user devices Ensure system performance, uptime, scalability, and reliability Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices Manufacturing Systems (Century Boats) Oversee integration of production equipment including CNC machines, lamination systems, and other network-connected machinery Ensure seamless connectivity between manufacturing systems and business platforms Dealership Systems (Nautical One Marine Center) Build and optimize dealership systems including: CRM platforms DMS (Dealer Management Systems) Inventory management systems F&I tools Customer communication platforms Improve lead management, sales processes, and customer experience through technology Software & Vendor Management Research, evaluate, and implement company-wide software solutions across operations, finance, sales, marketing, and production Manage IT vendors, consultants, and service providers Ensure cost efficiency and performance standards AI, Data & Automation Lead implementation of AI tools and automation technologies Develop AI-driven solutions for: Lead management Customer communication Inventory optimization Predictive analytics Workflow automation Build and manage data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting systems Cybersecurity & Compliance Ensure data security, system integrity, and backup protocols Maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices Support & Training Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting Train and support staff to ensure effective system usage and adoption Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, systems management, or technology strategy Proven experience managing IT across multiple locations or business units Strong background in: Network architecture Cloud systems Cybersecurity Enterprise software management Experience implementing and managing business software platforms across departments Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics solutions Strong understanding of applying technology to improve operational efficiency and customer experience Experience managing vendors, consultants, and external IT resources Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Preferred (Not Required): Experience integrating manufacturing or production systems Experience with dealership systems (CRM, DMS, inventory, F&I platforms) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Apply Today If you are a results-driven IT leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build modern systems in the marine industry, we encourage you to apply.

$105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
