Full-time About Us We are a growing technology solutions provider seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. This role is perfect for a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing tailored solutions for clients. Job Overview As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and post-sale support. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage pre-sales strategies, and ensure our solutions meet client needs while driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of our technology solutions. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless pre-sales support and project implementation. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Track sales performance, reporting on progress and areas for growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven success in IT/MSP sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Minimum 2 years in Sales with a minimum of 1 year in IT/MSP Sales) Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and the ability to engage technical stakeholders. Experience in solution-based selling . Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
