$115k - $130k, depending on experience Position Summary Chapman/Leonard Studio Equipment is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company's technology infrastructure and support operations across multiple locations. This role will be based on-site in Alpharetta, Georgia, while also providing remote IT management and support for the North Hollywood, California facilities. The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems that support business operations across departments including rentals, manufacturing, accounting, and operations. This role will lead IT strategy, manage vendors, support employees, and ensure all systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Systems Management Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud systems, and endpoint devices. Oversee system performance, uptime, and security across all locations. Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, file storage, and collaboration tools. Maintain network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems. Ensure proper backup systems, disaster recovery protocols, and cybersecurity protections are in place. Multi-Location IT Support Provide on-site IT support for the Alpharetta office and remote support for the North Hollywood locations. Coordinate with local vendors or technicians in California when physical intervention is required. Maintain consistent technology standards across all company locations. Help Desk & Employee Support Provide day-to-day IT support to employees including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Manage employee onboarding/offboarding including system access, equipment setup, and security permissions. Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and internal user guides. Security & Compliance Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection, MFA, and access control. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, suspicious activity, and potential threats. Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection standards. Vendor & Asset Management Manage relationships with IT vendors, software providers, and managed service partners. Track and maintain inventory of company technology assets including computers, phones, and peripherals. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Technology Strategy Work with leadership to plan technology upgrades and long-term IT infrastructure improvements. Assist departments in identifying software and technology solutions to support business needs. Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations when required. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services. Experience managing networks, firewalls, and enterprise infrastructure. Ability to support multi-location environments remotely. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users. Preferred Experience with hybrid cloud environments and virtualization. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. Experience supporting manufacturing, equipment rental, or operational environments. Work Environment Full-time, on-site position in Alpharetta, GA. Provides remote IT management and support for North Hollywood, CA locations. Occasional travel may be required for major system implementations or infrastructure projects.
