  • This is an onsite position
  • You must be a Georgia Resident
  • PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
    (include, but are not limited to)
  • Manage a staff of up to 5 IT professionals. Includes performance management and employee development.
  • Support infrastructure of an online, real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365
  • Coordinate with vendors to support the WAN for voice and data systems
  • Support all facets of Active Directory
  • Support email, Storage Area Network (SAN), web servers, etc.
  • Support .Net and MS SQL solutions
  • Work with vendors to facilitate problem resolution
  • Lead projects to improve infrastructure uptime or performance
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of people management
  • 4+ years in-depth knowledge of Windows servers
  • 3+ years in-depth knowledge of SQL databases
  • Experience with Linux a plus
  • Experience with Citrix or RDS
  • Experience configuring LAN, WAN, and VoIP systems
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Familiarity with backup and restore processes
  • Familiarity with build automation, patch management, automated deployments, and packaging
  • Experience with integration-type projects, such as domain migration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
