Description
- This is an onsite position
- You must be a Georgia Resident
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
(include, but are not limited to)
- Manage a staff of up to 5 IT professionals. Includes performance management and employee
development.
- Support infrastructure of an online, real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365
- Coordinate with vendors to support the WAN for voice and data systems
- Support all facets of Active Directory
- Support email, Storage Area Network (SAN), web servers, etc.
- Support .Net and MS SQL solutions
- Work with vendors to facilitate problem resolution
- Lead projects to improve infrastructure uptime or performance
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of people management
- 4+ years in-depth knowledge of Windows servers
- 3+ years in-depth knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience with Linux a plus
- Experience with Citrix or RDS
- Experience configuring LAN, WAN, and VoIP systems
- Strong documentation skills
- Familiarity with backup and restore processes
- Familiarity with build automation, patch management, automated deployments, and packaging
- Experience with integration-type projects, such as domain migration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
