You will oversee the

Team including planning, IT projects, product selections, implementation, and management of IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards. Your leadership will drive innovation, enhance security, and optimize operational efficiency across all technology functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT professional with previous MSP experience to guide the future of our IT landscape while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technological excellence, and great customer service. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that support organizational objectives, emphasizing scalability, security, and innovation. Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-wide infrastructure including networks, servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and security. Oversee system administration tasks across Windows environments, databases, and application servers. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, cloud services, and IT support solutions to ensure cost-effective procurement. Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols in compliance with PCI standards and NIST frameworks; oversee network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, Cisco routers, SAN storage solutions, and intrusion detection systems. Drive IT projects and work together with the SPEROS project teams to coordinate IT projects, VoIP projects, surveillance projects, and daily service requests. Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies to safeguard critical data assets; conduct regular testing to ensure readiness. Supervise IT support teams providing help desk services, desktop support, remote access solutions (VPN), VoIP communications, and network troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS for payment security; monitor system performance using SolarWinds and other network monitoring tools. Promote a culture of innovation for seamless software deployment; foster continuous learning within the team. Experience Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles with a strong background in managing complex IT infrastructures across diverse environments. Extensive knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP protocols, DHCP/DNS services, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations. Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and Citrix. Previous MSP experience and leadership a plus. Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; experience with cloud migration projects is highly desirable. Expertise in information security best practices aligned with PCI standards and NIST guidelines; experience implementing network security measures is required. Skilled in project management methodologies including Agile; proficient with tools like Microsoft Project and Jira for planning and tracking progress. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively while fostering collaboration across departments. Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders; adept at vendor negotiations and contract management.
