Strategic Roadmapping:
Set the multi-year vision for delivery management across a large portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise-level business goals and technical roadmaps.
Portfolio Governance:
Oversee high-impact,plex program portfolios, ensuring consistent delivery quality, financial accountability, and risk mitigation across all workstreams.
Organizational Partnership:
Act as a key strategic partner to VPs and Senior Directors in Engineering, Product, and Business units to resolve systemic bottlenecks and driveanizational efficiency.
Conflict Resolution:
Effectively build partnerships, resolve high-stakes conflicts, and work collaboratively across theanization with others to meet d business objectives.
Change Management:
Drive large-scaleanizational transformations and the adoption of modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Product-led delivery) at scale.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide executive-level transparency into portfolio health, health metrics, and the realization of business value for senior leadership.
Operational Efficiency:
Responsible for continuously improving the overall speed, velocity, and throughput of delivery and output across the entire portfolio.
Portfolio Accountability:
Drive high standards for budget adnce, milestone achievement, and quality across all workstreams. Requirements & Qualifications
Strategic Acumen:
Proven ability to translateplex business strategies into actionable delivery execution plans.
Leadership & Influence:
Expert-level ability to navigateplexanizational dynamics and influence executive-level stakeholders without direct authority over them.
Methodology Expertise:
Deep mastery of various project and product management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and the ability to them adaptively in a corporate environment.
Financial & Resource Management:
Experience managing multi-million dollar capital and operating budgets and optimizing resource allocation acrosspeting priorities.
Professional Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to exemplifypany values in all professional interactions and set the standard for how to effectively collaborate andmunicate with cross-functional partners. Job Summary Manages multiple teams of associates and managers that develop, implement, and/or support technology solutions for several business functions. Works with leadership to ensure the operational stability of technology systems and that technology solutions meet the needs of thepany. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Manages technology development and support activities to ensure technology issues are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with governance and security processes. Oversees the progress of multiple technology efforts, including administration, work plans, resource planning and control, status reports, and budgeting. Resolvesplex problems by analyzing issues, rmending corrective actions, providing tactical direction, and reallocating associate resources w needed. Communicates activity statuses with technology teams, peers, senior management, and end-users. Provides management, coaching, and feedback to associates and managers, including assessing performance and providing strategic guidance and direction on work-related activities. Reviews operational processes and rmends changes when needed. Works with leadership to align technology resources to appropriate projects and workstreams. Partners with senior management to develop and rmend short- and long-term technology improvements and initiatives for theanization. Nature and Scope Solutions require analysis and investigation. Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. May rmend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors. Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff. Work Environment Located in afortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in afortable position and t is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions t may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
