Today Job Description Duke Rentals is seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Tech to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting, and takes pride in delivering reliable support. PAY:
$60,000
  • $100,000 annually
  • Based on experience Bonus programs available! Scope and Key Functions Broaden and support Duke's overall IT environment
  • Systems, applications, user accounts, and supporting infrastructure across all Duke locations Collaborate and bring new ideas to Duke's IT department Assist in administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) user provisioning, licensing, mailbox and security policy management Support and train employees on RentalMan ERP
  • user set up and day-to-day troubleshooting across all Duke locations Troubleshoot end-user hardware: laptops, printers, mobile devices, and VolP/desk phones Maintain branch network infrastructure
  • switches, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and cables Assist in maintaining company mobile devices
  • carrier accounts, device provisioning, MDM enrollment, and cell phone lifecycle Handle IT onboarding and offboarding
  • deploy laptops, issue phones and accessories, create accounts for new hires, and promptly disable accounts and recover equipment from departing employees Must have flexible work hours as needed Timeline driven Travel to Duke locations as needed
  • REQUIRED
    Preferred Qualifications 4-year degree in business and analytics Prior desktop support experience, with working knowledge of IT administration Knowledge of the construction industry and its safety requirements Must be able to coordinate with IT Lead
