The IT Manager is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. Essential Functions:

The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are: Supervises, manages, and directs the work activity of the IT staff Ensure proper functioning of the company's information process system Support business operations use of a variety of operating hardware and software Interact professionally with the staff; maintain effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the management team to meet department objectives
