Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Information Technology based in Lawler, IA. The Director of IT will oversee all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure, including IT management, IT operations, and network security. This role involves creating and implementing IT strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring the efficient functioning of systems, and safeguarding sensitive information. The individual will also lead and mentor IT teams to ensure optimal performance and develop best practices to support corporate operations. Qualifications Proficiency in IT Management and IT Operations to oversee technology systems and teams effectively Strong knowledge in Information Technology and IT Strategy, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives Expertise in Network Security to ensure the safety and integrity of organizational data Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in team building and staff development Problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing effective technology solutions Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager). Experience in agricultural or similar industries is a plus, but not required Proven track record of leadership in IT project management Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
