Job Description Paradise Point Episcopal Camp — a rustic, 50-acre gem on the shores of Payette Lake near McCall, Idaho — is seeking a full-time Camp Director to lead one of the Episcopal Diocese of Idaho's most beloved ministries. Since 1935, Paradise Point has been a place of transformation where people of all ages connect with God, nature, and one another. This is a remarkable opportunity for a spiritual leader and skilled administrator to shape the future of a camp that lives by the words: "God loves you. No exceptions." The Camp Director serves as the heart of camp operations (May-October), working year-round in close partnership with a Site & Operations Manager and reporting to the Bishop and Canon to the Ordinary. Key responsibilities include managing seasonal staff hiring, training, and supervision; developing and leading youth, teen, family, and adult programming rooted in Episcopal values; overseeing ACA accreditation and camp safety; managing registration, communications, and online presence; and supporting fundraising and guest group development. We seek a candidate who is a gifted spiritual leader with experience in faith-based programming, a skilled administrator comfortable with budgets and compliance, a natural community builder who earns trust with parents, clergy, and campers alike, and someone rugged and self-aware enough to sustain a long outdoor season with joy and resilience.
