Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead operations across both on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with a collaborative IT team, providing mentorship and overseeing daily operations to tackle complex issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day IT infrastructure operations to ensure system reliability and security. Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Mentor and support the IT staff in their professional development and technical skills. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain effective and reliable infrastructure support.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations & Support within enterprise environments. Proven expertise in Cloud & Hybrid Systems Management, including incident response and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of Network & Security Operations, with a track record in change management and documentation. Experience with Application Support and Integrations in a multi-site environment.
