We are seeking a customer-focused Operations Manager with experience overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and development of Information Technology program activities. In this role, you will manage and provide

customer support, and serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of day-to-day program activities and staff to include operation, maintenance, and development of

  • Manage and provide

customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, including gathering, planning, and executing customer requirements for support
  • Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan, coordinated with external agencies
  • Establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects
  • Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays
  • Perform backup duties for the Program Manager, if required
Required Qualifications:
  • Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, CyberSecurity, Information Management, or a related discipline - OR - Have 7+ years' experience in Program Management or Senior-level DoW experience
  • Have 7+ years' experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments
  • Have 2+ years' experience in conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
  • Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs
  • Experience in OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting physical infrastructures, telecommunications and radio frequency networks, and the electromagnetic spectrum
  • Experience working in a Cyber Range, simulating real-world environments across physical, logical, and cyber-persona layers, which can be used for research, development, testing, training, and evaluation What can a CDO employee expect?
