Please review thoroughly before submitting your application. ※ Company Overview A manufacturing company serving the automotive industry is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to support technology operations in a fast-paced production environment. The organization focuses on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and reliable systems that support business and manufacturing needs. Position Summary The IT Infrastructure Manager will lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and technology projects. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can manage daily support needs while driving strategic technology improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT operations, projects, budgets, and technology investments Maintain and enhance ERP, EDI, MRO, and other business-critical systems Ensure security, reliability, and performance of network infrastructure Oversee servers, storage, firewalls, wireless networks, cloud services, backups, and disaster recovery Strengthen cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and access controls Design and maintain network architecture, including VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology needs and process improvements Lead, mentor, and support IT team members Stay current with emerging technologies and IT best practices
Qualifications Required:
5+ years of progressive IT experience Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience Strong project management, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Manufacturing industry experience Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP Network administration experience, including VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, VPNs, Cisco firewalls/routers, and Ubiquiti equipment Experience with enterprise backup/disaster recovery systems, cybersecurity tools, and endpoint protection Experience with camera, phone, backup, email security, or content filtering systems Other Details Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods and walk/work throughout a manufacturing facility Periodic travel to other company locations may be required Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, FSA, disability coverage, referral/recognition programs, wellness events, and career growth opportunities ※This role may include additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs. ※
