Expected salary range of $139,500 to $155,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position The Manager, IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) supports the successful adoption of IT initiatives by leading and executing organizational change management activities across technology, process, and ways-of-working changes. This role partners closely with IT delivery teams, business stakeholders, and HR to implement structured change plans that drive engagement, readiness, and sustained adoption.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities Change Execution:
Lead the development and execution of organizational change management (OCM) strategies tailored to IT projects, using ADKAR methodology and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Partner with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess change impacts, monitor adoption, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness. Fosters a collaborative, high performing team culture that promotes cross functional best practice sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement. Monitor adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics, and analyze feedback to inform change efforts. Develop targeted change communications. Collaborate with HR, IT leaders, and business partners to provide change management guidance across assigned portfolios. Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to team members and contractors. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 6 years of experience in organizational change management (OCM), communications, or related discipline Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities People or project leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Ability to work effectively under high stress situations in dynamic, fast paced environments Experience applying a data driven approach to measuring employee engagement and organizational change effectiveness
