What You'll Do Lead and oversee programming and infrastructure teams, setting direction, aligning priorities, and delivering results while balancing innovation with operational stability Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth initiatives Own IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring disciplined investments and measurable ROI Drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making Lead cybersecurity strategy and risk management to protect systems, data, and guest information Oversee core retail systems including POS, e-commerce, loyalty, supply chain, and pricing platforms Partner with cross-functional leaders (Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance) to deliver impactful technology solutions Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies across the organization Build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT team with a focus on talent development and succession planning Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance efficiency, guest experience, and competitive advantage Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement Communicate effectively with executive leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business value What You Bring Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including managing development teams and SDLC processes Experience with enterprise systems, architecture, and integrations Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management Experience with SQL Server and data/ETL processes Background in the retail or grocery industry preferred Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Why Busch's?
