Job Description
Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled IT Plant Manager. This role is responsible for leading plant-level IT operations, supporting manufacturing and business systems, and ensuring the reliability of infrastructure and end-user technology. The IT Plant Manager serves as a key member of the site leadership team and helps drive operational excellence through technology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Job Duties Manage daily IT operations and support activities within the manufacturing facility Oversee plant-level IT infrastructure, software, hardware, telecommunications, and network services Supervise and develop onsite IT support personnel Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing maintenance and technical services Participate in planning, forecasting, and monitoring IT budgets and expenditures Coordinate hardware and software deployments in alignment with corporate standards Support provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of end-user devices Develop and execute technology plans that align with operational and organizational objectives
