You build strong cross-functional relationships and translate technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders The Role We're looking for a strategic and solutions-oriented professional to join our Product & Technology team. In this role, you'll lead and execute technology integration efforts that support mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, aligned systems, and minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is known for organization, adaptability, and strong technical problem-solving skills. What You'll Do Lead planning and execution of technology integration initiatives for mergers and acquisitions Partner with Integration leadership and Product & Technology teams to define integration priorities and timelines Coordinate with third-party providers and managed service partners to align services and deliverables Oversee end-to-end onboarding of advisors and employees, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and systems access Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related technical support and issue resolution Conduct systems mapping and comparative analysis of acquired firms' technology environments Recommend and support system consolidation, migration, and optimization initiatives Provide hands-on technical support during integration periods and critical transition milestones Develop and maintain integration documentation, workflows, and best practices Collaborate across IT, Operations, Integration, and business teams to support change management and continuous improvement Travel to acquisition sites as needed to support in-person integration activities and relationship building What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred 4-6 years of experience in IT, systems integration, or technical operations Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale systems integrations preferred Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, onboarding processes, and IT infrastructure Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools including Office 365, SharePoint, and user provisioning Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across teams Relevant technical certifications are a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required Compensation & Benefits The estimated base salary range for this role is $108,000 - $148,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. This role may also be eligible for variable pay (bonuses, commissions, incentives).
