Infrastructure Services Senior Manager Company:
The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join our Enterprise Classified Security Operations Support Group as an Enterprise Classified IT Infrastructure Services Senior Manager in Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO. The Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership and value-added cybersecurity risk management services to our Government programs' classified infrastructures to meet company and business partner objectives and to protect the warfighter. This individual will focus primarily on Enterprise-Wide Area Networks (eWANs) and our Classified Cloud transformation.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and executes integrated organization plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives Acquires resources for organization activities and leads process improvement activities Effectively communicates with and develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Integrates and delivers cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Assists in monitoring and reporting on ECS-level performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and risk indicators for Security functions; investigate root causes and recommend actionable solutions Leads, manages, develops and motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years 10+ years of experience managing or leading classified program teams 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g.
DAAPM, CNSSI
1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or
NIST SP 800
series 5+ years of experience using strategic problem-solving/analysis and communicating at senior management levels Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication Experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality was paramount Experience building a team and developing employees Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Currently hold IAM Level 3 DoD 8140.01 (previously 8570.01) compliant certification (i.e. CAP, GSLC, Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP, CISM, GSLC) Experience in utilizing security relevant tools, systems, and applications in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include:
NESSUS, ACAS, DISA
STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS Experience with project management in a leadership capacity Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity

Summary pay range:
$161,500 - $218,500
