Work you'll do As a BPO /BPaaS Manager Digital Foundry, Operate, & Innovation team, you will be responsible for… + Leading insurance-focused operate and implementation engagements across business process outsourcing and business process as a service environments + Defining and executing global resource and coverage strategies, leverage models, and productivity approaches to support scalable service delivery + Driving the design and adoption of automated operational solutions, including ticketing and monitoring capabilities + Managing cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes, operational improvements, and program objectives + Advising client stakeholders on transformation opportunities across insurance operations, service delivery, and managed services models A successful candidate would possess these skills: + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product + Ability to build and sustain professional relationships + Ability to lead projects or workstreams + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor + Ability to meet deadlines + Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Our Digital Foundry, Operate, & Innovation offering balances strategy, technology, creativity, and managed services to solve your biggest challenges.
