Job Description:
The Director, Information Technology reports to the CFO and VP of Finance. The primary role of this position is building and maintaining the IT roadmap for the organization with a focus on the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system. To succeed in this role, the Director must collaborate with and lead a cross-functional team of peers to define, develop, prioritize, and execute strategic and disaster recovery plans that support the Company's short and long-term objectives. The Director is ultimately accountable for IT service delivery, infrastructure, end-user support (helpdesk), and cybersecurity, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant technology operations. The role requires frequent interaction with multiple departments and leadership, including Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Validation and Pharmacy teams.
