This position leads day-to-day IT operations while helping shape long-term technology strategy in partnership with leadership. This role blends hands-on oversight with strategic coordination across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management. If you are energized by problem-solving and continuous improvement, this role offers both growth and purpose. Job Specifications Support implementation of IT strategy aligned with goals. Oversee daily IT operations and systems. Ensure system performance and disaster recovery readiness. Manage third-party vendors and service providers. Support IT budgeting and planning. Maintain cybersecurity programs and compliance. Conduct risk assessments and testing. Lead IT support and issue resolution. Develop user training resources. Support data and reporting systems. Improve workflows and efficiencies. Maintain documentation. Contribute to organizational initiatives. Job Requirements Strong understanding of IT systems and cybersecurity. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills. Effective communication skills. Vendor management experience. High integrity and confidentiality. Collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. Relevant certifications. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure. Cloud environment experience.
