Job Description

The I.T. Manager is responsible to maintain 24/7 functional operations of the Parking Management system. This includes installation, maintenance, expansion and configuration of all applications and hardware. Leads talent management processes, including hiring, coaching, disciplinary action, and separation, in accordance with company policies. Manages all software/hardware related projects and ensures network and information security including, PCI compliance. Directs use of parking systems to include monitoring, preventative maintenance, development, upgrades, testing and support. Maintains documentation of current systems used by the organization Ensure system, network and application architectures conform to corporate and departmental information security policies, standards and guidelines Develops, maintains and manages relationships with internal (DotComm) and external vendors, service providers and hardware/software manufacturers. Provides production support of software/hardware, troubleshoot issues and research/document patches/upgrades. Serves as primary interface with Parking Management providing updates as needed. Perform programming and software changes with local servers. Proficient in developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, JavaScript, and PHP. Responsible for IT related improvements and installations. Manages and oversees IT and PARCS work orders. Implements and operates preventative maintenance plan. Understands network infrastructure and work with the local vendor(s). Prepares business requirements, design and other technical documents when requested. Participates in vendor contract negotiations and discussions. Performs on-call duties, which may be required to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays. Adaptable to emerging technologies and capable of rapidly learning new systems and tools. 5 years managing an IT department (systems and people). Leadership
