Central New Jersey (Onsite) About the Role We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our expanding IT Staffing team in Central New Jersey. This role combines client account management with proactive business development, providing hands-on experience in consultative sales, enterprise account growth, and strategic client engagement. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates looking to build a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue generation within the IT staffing industry. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand service offerings within current accounts. Drive new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking. Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality IT talent solutions. Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and actively manage sales pipeline activity. Consistently achieve defined revenue targets and performance KPIs. Build and manage client accounts while supporting business growth initiatives. Develop a strong understanding of client workforce needs and staffing requirements. Foster long-term partnerships through exceptional client service and communication. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition. Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required. Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey.
