Full Time Position Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our expanding IT Workforce Solutions team in Central New Jersey. This role combines client account management and business development, providing an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue growth within the IT staffing industry. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account penetration. Generate new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking. Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage pipeline activity. Work consistently toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs. Support client retention and account growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required. Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. What We Offer Clearly defined KPIs and performance expectations.
