As our Technical Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving progress across web, data, automation, and IT systems—ensuring projects move forward efficiently and accurately without constant oversight. About the Role We are looking for a high-output operator to take ownership of execution across: Web development (Shopify + custom work) Data & reporting systems Automation (Slack, Zapier, integrations) IT coordination You will act as the central execution layer between leadership and: offshore developers data engineers IT vendors Your job is to: make sure everything actually gets done — correctly, on time, and without constant oversight What You Will Own 1. Execution Management Own 30+ active projects across systems Break down messy requests into structured tasks Assign, track, and follow up daily Ensure deadlines are met (no passive tracking) 2. Developer & Engineer Coordination Manage multiple developers simultaneously Push work forward — do not wait for updates Resolve blockers before escalating Ensure clarity before work begins 3. QA & Validation (Critical) Test everything before it reaches leadership

Validate:

functionality logic data accuracy Catch issues proactively 4. Systems & Automation Ownership You will oversee and maintain: Shopify (products, logic, flows) Slack workflows & automation Zapier integrations Reporting pipelines Inventory logic systems 5. Data & Reporting Oversight Ensure reports are accurate and usable Work with data engineers to: define metrics validate outputs Identify inconsistencies and fix root causes 6. IT Coordination Act as bridge between company and IT provider Track and push IT tasks to completion Ensure systems are secure, functional, and documented 7.
