Our client is a manufacturing organization in Western NY. About the
Role:
The Director of Information Technology will partner with executive leadership to modernize systems, improve ERP utilization & effectiveness, and develop the company's IT roadmap. Key Responsibilities ERP optimization IT infrastructure modernization Organizational redesign and team alignment Vendor management IT roadmap planning AI tools assessment CAPEX and IT budget management Disaster recovery strategy development Cybersecurity oversight Documentation and controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of IT leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Experience optimizing ERP platforms and enterprise systems Proven background building and leading high-performing IT teams
Job Status:
Direct hire. Onsite in Buffalo, NY.
Compensation:
$165,000 - $180,000+
