Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description The Director of Technology Solutions & Infrastructure is a senior technology leader responsible for overseeing and advancing enterprise technology capabilities that support clinical, operational, and business functions across the organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio that may include infrastructure services, system engineering and operations, end-user computing and field services, and large-scale technology initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions or enterprise integrations. This Director ensures technology environments are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise priorities. The role serves as a key partner to clinical, operational, and administrative leaders, translating business needs into resilient technology solutions while maintaining strong governance, operational rigor, and service excellence. Education And Credentials Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience 7 to 10 years of experience of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, or operations requred. Demonstrated experience leading complex technology environments or multi-disciplinary IT teams required. Strong understanding of infrastructure, systems operations, and enterprise technology services required. Proven ability to partner effectively with executive, clinical, and operational leaders required. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills required. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale enterprise integrations preferred. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) preferred. Experience leading technology transformations, modernization, or large platform upgrades preferred.
