Summary We are seeking an IT Supervisor to join our team at Kopp Billing Agency, Inc. This role is essential in providing operational oversight for all information technology functions, supervising IT staff to ensure reliable business operations and technical support. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team supervision, overseeing both infrastructure maintenance and user support services. The IT Supervisor implements IT policies, manages vendor relationships, and ensures technology systems align with organizational goals while maintaining security and compliance standards. Responsibilities Supervises IT staff, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members. Provides assistance to Management in establishing strategic direction for technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, remote access, and cloud services. Oversees daily technical support operations, ensuring timely resolution of help desk requests and system issues. Oversees and maintains any company owned revenue cycle management applications across the organization to facilitate operations. Works with clients on ensuring company has appropriate connectivity and access to client owned and hosted resources to facilitate operations. Manages Microsoft 365 environment including administration of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, CoPilot, and security configurations. Implements and maintains endpoint management solutions (including Microsoft Intune) for device configuration, software patching, security policies, and application deployment. Administers solutions (including Microsoft Purview) to ensure proper data governance, compliance, and information protection across the organization. Assists compliance with HIPAA regulations for protection of electronic protected health information (ePHI) through technical safeguards, access controls, and security incident response procedures. Assists with PCI DSS compliance for payment card data security, including network segmentation, encryption standards, vulnerability management, and quarterly security assessments. Coordinates with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, software licensing, and technical services. Implements IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations including HIPAA and PCI DSS. Plans with Management and executes infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh cycles with minimal business disruption. Assists with disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring data backup systems and recovery procedures are tested regularly. Documents IT systems, processes, and configurations to maintain institutional knowledge and support troubleshooting. Ensures all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
