- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and service-related issues
- Support approximately 60-80 users across two facilities
- Will integrate facilities together in terms of Software
- Help connect and support facility systems, including phones, software, and user workstations
