Job Description:
trak group is partnering with a growing organization in West Chester, OH to place an IT Manager. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role for a self-directed technology professional ready to own the full scope of IT operations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You'll report directly to the CFO, serve as a trusted operational partner to business leadership, and play a meaningful role in shaping the technology foundation of a growing organization with active acquisition activity.

$140,000-$175,000/year plus full benefits
What You'll Own:
Full ownership of IT infrastructure, systems administration, security, and end-user support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Power BI administration across the organization Network infrastructure management with a focus on uptime, stability, and scalability Device lifecycle management including provisioning, MDM configuration, and decommission Cybersecurity posture including endpoint protection, identity management, and vulnerability assessments Vendor and MSP relationships including SOWs, SLAs, performance metrics, and contract oversight IT project management including roadmap development, budgeting, and CFO reporting Advancement of automation, AI-assisted operations, and zero-trust architecture
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a middle market business environment Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Power BI Demonstrated track record managing network infrastructure with high availability and uptime Hands-on experience with device lifecycle management and MDM platforms (Intune preferred) Strong vendor management and MSP oversight experience Proven ability to design and govern a partner-leveraged operating model Strong communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical business leaders
Preferred:
Background in industrial, field services, or multi-site operations Experience with ERP platforms or field service management software Microsoft (M365/Azure) or CompTIA Security+ certifications Experience with AI adoption, automation, and infrastructure-as-code Experience leading IT due diligence and acquisition integration Interested?
