Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead and evolve our enterprise IAM program. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining strategy, driving modernization, and overseeing day-to-day IAM operations across a complex, hybrid and cloud-based environment. This leader will build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams of IAM engineers, developers, and analysts while partnering closely with Cybersecurity and Technology leadership to strengthen security, improve user experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Salary Range:

- 12+ years of IT or Cybersecurity experience
- 8+ years of people management experience
- Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management principles, processes, and technologies
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams
- Experience securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Senior-level experience with Zero Trust security architecture
- Hands-on leadership experience with IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, and Secrets Management platforms
- Experience leading large-scale IAM transformations
- Background in retail or global supply chain environments
- 15+ years of total IT or business experience
- P&L ownership experience
- Experience managing large, enterprise-wide technology initiatives
