Responsibilities Own MES Systems End-to-EndYou're responsible for the full lifecycle of MES platforms—designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving them to support manufacturing operations. Bridge IT and Manufacturing (OT)A big part of the job is connecting traditional IT systems (like SAP) with shop floor technologies (like PLCs, SCADA). This ensures seamless data flow from machines to business systems. Design Technical Solutions (Architecture)You will define how systems are structured and integrated—making sure they are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with company standards. Drive Technology DecisionsThe role involves evaluating new tools and deciding what technologies should be introduced or improved to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate Across TeamsYou'll work closely with operations, engineering, and IT teams, translating operational needs into technical solutions and driving alignment across stakeholders.
