Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing infrastructure stability, security, and scalability. Oversee the management of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services. Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of virtualized environments. Manage IT service management processes utilizing tools to ensure efficient incident resolution and service delivery. Supervise technical support teams providing desktop support, network support, and remote access assistance across diverse platforms including Windows and macOS. Ensure robust cybersecurity measures by implementing network security protocols, firewalls, Active Directory policies, and information security best practices. Coordinate disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and vendor management to safeguard organizational assets. Drive project management initiatives utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver IT solutions on time and within scope. Maintain compliance with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL while continuously evaluating emerging technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing leadership in systems engineering, server management, network infrastructure development, and organizational training. Experience Proven experience in managing IT operations with a focus on enterprise infrastructure. Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms along with virtualization technologies. Demonstrated expertise in database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint administration. Strong background in cybersecurity practices encompassing network security measures, information security policies, and disaster recovery planning. Supervisory experience leading technical teams in fast-paced environments with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with IT project management principles using Agile frameworks coupled with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Hands-on experience with remote access software solutions and enterprise tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for effective reporting and documentation.
